Autumn Chop Salad

I love this salad, because with bread or maybe just a little soup, it’s a full meal.  I lightly toast the pecans in 2 tbsp. of sugar, and I use white balsamic instead of the darker version. A huge thank you to Espresso and Cream for creating this deliciously fun salad!
