Christmas Champagne Brunch Drinks

Clementine Iced Tea

Bring 8 cups of water to a boil. Add 6 family size tea bag and boil for 2 minutes (or 16 regular sized tea bags). Remove from heat and add 3/4th cup of fresh clementine juice and 2 sliced clementines. Steep 10 minutes and remove tea bags. Stir in 1.5 cups of sugar until dissolved. Add 10 cups of cold water.

Serves a boatload of people. Half this recipe if you are having less than 15 guests.

Champagne Selections:


Mimosas (Champagne & Orange Juice)

Kir Royale (Champagne, a jigger of Creme de Cassis (black raspberry liquor), and 2 fresh raspberries per glass

Cold Water in a Festive Pitcher

I never do bottles of water. I serve ice cold water in a clear, decorated pitcher with fancy glasses. Everyone should feel festive, no matter what their beverage of choice.
