A Bubble Addiction

There’s only one thing Sara loves more than Oreos, and that’s a good bubble. Bubbles in the tub, bubbles outside, or really, just the mere thought of bubbles.
For Easter, Grandmommy & Grandaddy gave Sara a pretty cool set of bubble wands shaped like ducks and bunnies. They make for some massively large bubbles if
used….um…responsibly. Last week Sara somehow managed to get a MASSIVE amount of bubble solution in her eyes. Luckily Greg was home, as it took two of us to
hold her down while we ran water through her eyes. A week later, she’s still saying, “Bubble no eyes”. And in every toddler injury, there are lessons to be learned:

(1) Never dip a wad of ribbons into a bubble tray and then wipe your face.
(2) She now knows what Mommy means when she asks, “Is it a minor injury or a major injury?”
(3) When you fall off the horse, just get back on. She still asks to blow bubbles every day. Way to go, cowgirl.
