Great game, but as always, a little messy. Fill up the kitchen sink with warm water. Pull up a chair and let your child explore different kitchen items that will “sink” or “float”. Call it out. SINK! It’s SINKING! Is it floating? Bobbing in the water?! Then do a series of all things that sink, and all things that float, to pull it all together.

Water, water everywhere, but not a bored toddler in sight.
