I think I may have solved the mystery behind Sara’s “detachment”disorder.  Her lovey changes every day out of sheer luxury.  She can afford to choose a new one every day of the month.  Funnier to us are the names she has given these loveys, so I wanted to take a class picture for posterity.  Starting left to right from the back row:

(1st row) Kelly’s Bumpy Bunny, a bunny named Monkey (holding Sweetheart), Sara’s Bumpy Bunny,  (2nd row) Delta, Lilly, Sparkly Bear, Navy Bear, Jersey Bear, (3rd row) a moose named Racoon, Nanni Bear, Bear (just bear), Sara Bear, Cocoa Bear, Kitty (4th row) Noodle, Alouyisius Quackenwaddle (he came to us already named, clearly), Ariel, Baby Lori, the infamous IshPooh, Dolly (5th row) Jingle Doll, Snugglebeans,Lauren, Violet, Dancing Bear, Dog (and she knows exactly who she means by Dog), Sleeping Giraffe, Ella Bear, and her only true lovey, Tippy Toes.

6th row, and my inspiration for this post: yesterday Sara named the dog she is carrying around this week; please meet 2:45.  As in the time.  She named this dog at 9:30, so I have no idea how he became 2:45, but he has officially been named.  Dare I ask am or pm?

Not pictured is Lion, and I hunted high and low for him last night.   Sara took one look at this picture this morning and the first thing out of her mouth, “Where is Lion?  I cannot find him!”  Mommies can’t win.

Addendum: No offense to Mr. Disney, but all Disney characters and oversized animals (ie Balentine and Pan) were excluded due to space constraints.  To add them would have required a panoramic lens.
