I have so many things going at once, I think I’m losing track. The end of the school year is nearing, and summer is upon us. It’s getting rootie-katzootie wack-a-loon crazy in my sewing room. Will I get it all done? Will I even get it all started? Am I hitting up my talented friends for sewing advice? No! Who knows? Absolutely. The important thing is that I’m tired and out of wine. Let’s go take care of first things first, shall we?
I’ll give you a hint: it’s not a quilt. Better. What, you ask? I cannot say! It’s a surprise.
P.S. The fleece pillow I decided to make to match Sara’s school blanket was vetoed by The Duck. She likes her big store-bought pillow. Great. I’ve given birth to a CONSUMER. Just jokes, I’m grateful to keep the pillow filling. Should be blogging THAT project by Friday, because it has an actual due date. Ugh!

Oh goody. the surprise bag I’ve been waiting for !!! 🙂
Kathy,
I got so excited by your purse comment last week that I almost derailed my projects in an attempt to make a cool purse! I know…I need to finish the give away bag. Wait until you see the free-handed Dr. Seuss hat I made tonight with wool! And let me tell you…someday I’m going to make that purse!
