Disney. In A Hurry.

Kelly hosting her weekly bear tea party at The Children’s Museum.

Kelly loves, loves, loves fairy tales.  It’s fair to say on many days, she lives in one.  She also likes to tell me her “own” fairy tales.  I was on the receiving end of this gem on Friday night:

“Once, in a FARAWAY land, long, long ago, there was a Princess.  She sang until she was 16. She pricked her finger on a needle and she died.  Until she was dead.  And then she married her Prince!  Her name was Cinderella.  But then, there was a dragon!  And someone said, “RAPUNZEL!  Let down your hair!” And then the dragon was killed.  Until it was dead.  And they lived happily ever after.  The End.”

Next we’ll work on this Princess having mermaid fins, being Chinese AND American Indian, and the entire thing must take place between New Orleans and France.  Did I forget anyone?  Tinkerbell?  Totally left out here.  And don’t get me started on Pixar…there is just no time.
