For her birthday, Sara landed 4 Kidz Bop CDs (Grandma and Pa Pa ended her months of longing).  I highly recommend these cleaned up versions of current Top 40 hits.  After years of childrens music in my car, listening to a 14 year old imitate a G-rated version of Katy Perry’s “California Girls” is actually quite pleasant.  One of Sara’s favorite gal pals gave her a cute little makeup kit with press on nails and earrings, which she had on faster than you can say, “Forget You” (squeaky clean, thank you Kidz Bop).  Yeah, so here’s the thing: I am the pure essence of nerd.  I think I might have given birth to the cool kid.  What on EARTH am I supposed to do with this information?!
