Kelly asked Sara to make her a stuffed animal, because she hadn’t gotten a new one in at least 24 hours, and she was jones’ing. Her stuffed animal addiction has gotten pretty bad. We’re planning an intervention. NO KELLY! It’s BECAUSE we LOVE YOU that we’re begging you! NO…MORE…LOVEYS! (Insert dramatic tears and a counselor dude who appears out of nowhere)…OH GOD, KELLY! WE LOVE YOU! PLEASE STOP COLLECTING OVERPRICED PLUSH THINGYS! Sara immediately drew a cat, asked Daddy how to make sure the reverse side was an exact mirror, made it perfectly, and then stuffed and stapled it together. Kelly was thrilled, proving, if she could love this creepy thing, she has a problem. I hear this type of addiction is at epidemic proportions in the Preschool age group. Someone should write a self-help picture book…its effects are devastating, not to mention, dust-collecting.
