Beer Glazed Sausage and Apples, by Better Homes and Gardens
I’m not sure if you’ll need to sign in to access this link, but it’s free, and it’s worth it. This was an easy and fun recipe, and everyone at the table wolfed it down and requested seconds. It wasn’t overly sweet, but be careful with the orange zest…even a bit too much will make it too citrus-y. I’d up the sage and chop it fine, to give it a more savory depth. It made for a very nice Autumn dinner.
